The Circle Group

An online group therapy space for women with complex PTSD

The current group is full.

We'll open a new group as soon as we have 5 women on the waitlist. Please fill out the form below.

The Circle Group is for you if...

You have troubled relationships

It's difficult for you to trust others, be close, stay calm and present, you feel abandoned. You avoid conflicts.

You have difficulties to regulate your emotions

You are easily overwhelmed, noise is a problem for you, you get angry quickly and often very sad for days.

You have a loud inner critic

You struggle with perfectionism, and feel guilty when you acted out or when you couldn't meet other peoples' expectations. You feel that you are not good enough.

The path to healing

Therapeutic and empowering

Choosing the people you surround yourself with is empowering.

Things have been done to you, without your consent. Now as an adult, you can choose with whom you want to spend time with. With whom you want to connect. What you share. How much you share. When you share.

The Circle group is a soft and supportive space that feels safe. You are accepted for everything you are and you make decisions here.

The expected shifts

As you engage in the Circle Group, you'll gently notice your own patterns—like automatic behaviors, internal contradictions, judgments, changes in energy, and mixed feelings. You'll also experience that both the joys and challenges of CPTSD can coexist.

Group therapy is emotionally and mentally stimulating, and that's where its true strength lies.

Stefanie has so many qualities essential to being a therapist. Her incredible empathic listening skills are one of them. She listened openly, patiently, and without judgment or interruption, using empowering follow-up questions that seemed somehow both carefully chosen and completely intuitive. true gift.

Susan - CPTSD client

In the gentlest way, Stefanie offered perspectives that sometimes ran counter to mine on a given topic, and though I may have resisted at first, they came to be among the most useful I carried forward with me.  That she was able to both listen and push me at the same time was a true gift.
